This place is incredible. Don't be discouraged by the modest store front. All the food is freshly made and reasonably priced. Most importantly, it's delicious. The reasons I continue to frequent AMPM however, are two-fold. They are the owner, who is the friendliest and most personable business owner I've met in the city and the bubble milk tea. Both can speak for themselves, but I'll note that the vast variety of flavours are never too sweet and even the seemingly obscure flavours are smooth and delectable. Forget about sharetea that recently opened up next door. Treat yourself, enjoy the lovely decor and atmosphere, and maintain that wallet girth. I really like it here. The owner is really friendly. Try the matcha latte, that's something unique and delicious. I also really like the sandwiches. They're really fresh. It's a great place to work with your laptop, too. The WiFi is fast.

Little nice place to have a snack and coffee. Their crispy chicken with cheese is amazing at a reasonable price. Very friendly service though!
