We are a young family relocating to Toronto, and had very limited knowledge about the Toronto neighbourhoods - all we had was rew.ca to look to start our search. After listening to us about our lifestyle and criteria for the perfect place, she made neighbourhood recommendations that ended up being right on point. We were nervous to land in a community we didn't really know but everything she suggested was insightful and exactly what we needed.
We're also so happy with our new place which we found efficiently and in one try, something I hear can be difficult in the Toronto market. Rebecca was a pleasure to work with in the buying process and we'd recommend her through and through. Thank you!! -

She arranged for professional photos and managed the process all while on vacation. With her help, our unit had a dozen showings, received multiple offers and was leased above asking on the first day it was listed.
