I’d recommend Hailey to anyone!! In my experiences with realtors, it’s not often I've found they are so down to earth, patient, and resourceful. However, Hailey is all those things and more. From meeting with her and going to see properties, you can instantly tell that she really cares about finding the right home for you and she’s never in a rush to just make a quick sale. I searched for properties for years and she really paid attention to what I was looking for. When I found the home of my dreams and we found out it was a bid date property, Hailey did lots of research on how to make my offer the most competitive. When it came down to the bidding night, I was a ball of nerves and she acted quickly and calmly, making suggestions to secure my deal. PLUS she drove AN HOUR in the middle of the night in a snow storm to secure my deal because the sellers wanted my deposit cheque that night. I feel so thankful that I met and was able to work with Hailey 😊
