(February 15, 2019, 3:23 am)As a physician, I love this for my patients but even more for myself. 45min is a killer workout and the times for the classes are amazing. I’m newish to Parkdale and the community I’m now apart of is so positive. Young, old, weak or strong these positive trainers make your body functional again. Also the space is huge and the tunes are always blasting.

The team is warm and provide great and professional support. I plan to attend regularly different programs.
