Great rowing club - amazing culture and a wonderful stretch of flat water to row on.

I love spending time in the Henley Room because it showcases the history of the club and features an awesome view of the lake. An excellent venue for events and weddings!

My husband and I got married at The Henley Room in August and we couldn’t be more happy with our decision. Everything about the venue was amazing, from the friendly staff, to the breathtaking views, and the wonderful coordinator Robin, it was far beyond our expectations and wildest dreams! We are so pleased we went with The Henley Room and we highly recommend it! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

We had our wedding at the Henley Room in April 2018, and I couldn't have imagined a better experience. Robin, our coordinator, was a rockstar throughout the whole process. She replied to all emails quickly, provided great insight and advice, and went above and beyond what we expected — a total pro. I would recommend you have your event here for two reasons: 1) it's a fantastic, private venue and 2) Robin's an amazing event coordinator, and with her, your day will run so smoothly!

My husband and I held our wedding here August of this year, and we would highly recommend the venue! First of all the event manager Robin was so lovely to work with. Through planning sessions she really helped us create a clear vision for the day, and made sure it was what we wanted it to be. We opted for a dock side ceremony which was absolutely beautiful. All of our guests keep commenting on what a gorgeous setting it was. The reception space can really be made to be whatever you want. Its a bit of a blank canvas. For our wedding we went with a more minimalist decoration look, but i could see how someone could really transform that space. The balcony right off the reception room is also a huge bonus. Guests were able to look out at the view while enjoying some drinks. But it was also great for later on in the night to have a space for people to go out and talk, while there was a dance going on inside. Over all its a wonderfully unique space, with a very accommodating staff.

We had our wedding reception at The Henley Room this summer, and the venue was absolutely perfect for us. If you're looking for something simple, natural, + laid back with a beautiful view, this is it. The lake view speaks for itself, and the patio is HUGE. We loved that there are spaces where guests can move around and chat together, without being trapped in the dining room (green space outdoors to go for a stroll, patio, bar area, lobby, etc). All our guests loved it and had a great time. The club can be slightly hard to find by car (a sneaky driveway), but by providing a heads up and clear directions to you guests, we had no issues.

Robin is wonderful to work with -- always bubbly and positive, and very quick to respond to my (many) emails thoroughly and clearly. They know what they're doing here!

Overall: highly recommended for a wedding celebration! No doubt in my mind we made the right choice!
