They also seem authentic and sells you what meets your needs. It is a very refreshing experience after having experienced at least 6 bike shops with many disapointing experiences. I will be back even if the location is out of my way. Thanks for your help!

The service at the store is the best. From the front to the back the people who work there are knowledge and just kind. The selection of items is great, there is no pressure approach, and of they don't have it they will find at, usually at a competitive price.
As a returning customer they get to know you as a customer, so they make you feel more welcomed each time. -

(June 20, 2020, 1:36 pm)Products are all top notch and thoughtfully presented on the shop floor. Things are easy to find and compliment many of the high quality bikes found in the shop. Service is very professional but without the attitude many other shops struggle with. Sales staff are informed and provide information suited to they buyer and not to just making a sale. Service shop is of the highest quality and trusted with getting the job done. The same quality service goes into all bikes and not just the high end race bikes.
