I visited the Brockton Cyclery with a friend who was having his bicycle repaired and serviced. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and helpful nature of the staff. They were very attentive, kind and had a great understanding of cycles and the mechanics involved. Overall great experience!

The staff at Brockton Cyclery are knowledgeable, professional, kind, and just generally really nice people. I take my bike here for quick repairs, complicated overhauls, and advice - they welcome questions and have been really helpful when I've been making big (and small) decisions about changes and upgrades to my ride. I've been going to Brockton for years for maintenance, builds and repairs - it is hands down my favourite local shop.

Amazing experience! Hard to get a good bike at a decent price these days, but I called in and spoke to Cameron who was extremely patient and helpful with all the questions I had. He made suggestions based on my needs and helped me find my helmet size while on the phone. I found what I was looking for so I immediately went over. The experience just got better from there. I dealt with Cameron again and he let me take my bike for a test spin. They have an awesome 1 year warranty. Their mechanic got my bike ready in 10-15 minutes. He ran me through some mechanical questions I had and showed me how to remove my front wheel so I could transport it in my truck. Great experience! Highly recommend them. They've even set up a canopy to provide waiting customers a bit of shade.
