Jason can do anything you are looking for, chiropractic treatment, nutritional planning to strength and condition programs. What separates Jason apart from any other trainer i have had in my hockey career is his attention to detail and his relationship with his clients. Before i came to Jason (Helix Performance) my body was a mess, i had hips of a 50 year old. Jason not only fixed me but, he taught me how to take care of myself and that is something no trainer has ever taken the time and showed me. The best part of working with Jason though is the way he treats you. Jason doesn't make you feel just like another number, instead he makes every person feel like hes known them for years. He makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, you can tell he loves what he does from the passion and excitement he brings to every session. Not only is Jason the most knowledgeable trainer i have ever had, he is also one of the most caring people i have ever met. Trying to choose a trainer from an ever growing field it's hard to know you're making the right chose, with Jason you are not only getting the most knowledgeable trainer possible you are also receiving the best costumer service you can find anywhere. I can promise you will not find better trainer than Jason with Helix Performance.
