(September 6, 2018, 4:22 pm)This place is ok. Not great. Turnover of staff will give you whiplash if you try to keep up and main doctor there for rheumatology always tries to upsell you in other services without thinking how or who will pay for them.
Staff at the lab where they do bloodwork are very nice and knowledgeable.
The front receptionist, Elizabeth, has zero sense of discretion. She's quite loud so be prepared for the other patients in the waiting room to know your business and don't expect a callback if you want info.
There was another woman there who's got pharmacy credentials and her main job was to schedule my appointments for treatment and contact the pharmacy..I cant believe this is a job. I'm an adult and know my schedule better than she does, how is she going to schedule my appointments? Useless.
The doctor there is good but she has her days. Sometimes she's nice and has all the time in the world for you, other times, she rushes you out.
It's hit or miss... just my experience of going there since they opened.
Oh and they're closed on wednesdays. -
