D.O.T. Furniture Clearance Weston

My first visit to DOT Weston was roughly 6-8 weeks ago. We were preparing to build a deck and wanted to buy a dining set. Michael greeted my mom and I with the most friendly, genuine welcome. He was extremely helpful during this first visit, not pushy and seemed genuinely interested in helping me; as I had no clue what I wanted or where to start. I ended up leaving that day with nothing because I needed to do more research and I really wanted to get the furniture once the deck was built. Thanks for there being a shortage on pressure treated wood, we just finished our deck the other day (insert eye roll). There wasn’t a doubt in my mind that DOT Weston was where I wanted to return to when finally making the big purchase. I was hoping Michael would be there again to officially help me. My wish came true and he was. My mom and I returned and I was easily in the store for an hour being my indecisive self. Michael was so patient, had amazing recommendations and was able to find the only table left company wide that I wanted. I highly recommend if you are searching for outdoor furniture of any kind to visit this store. They have high quality products, fair pricing and the customer service is phenomenal! I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize the excellent customer service provided by Michael, Manager at your Weston Road Clearance Outlet. On June 27th we ordered 4 chairs for the backyard, at the time we were told there were 4 in the system and associate indicated he would let us know by end of day whether or not he could secure the chairs. Two weeks later we had heard nothing and we returned to the store to follow-up. We spoke with the original sales associate only to be told we could simply wait or get a refund. I was beyond annoyed and frustrated with the situation and delay and asked to speak with the manager. Michael was quick to address my concerns and immediately offered to follow up with all stores to determine whether or not the chairs were in fact available, additionally he assisted in identifying another option which we ultimately purchased. Four days later, as promised, he confirmed receipt and personally delivered our order, saving us a 3rd trip to the store. I would like to take this opportunity to recognize his exemplary customer service. He went above and beyond to deliver and turned what was a negative experience into a very positive one.

I had a very positive experience at DOT Clearance on Weston Road. Lucy was very helpful over the phone and Michael was very attentive to me in the store. He helped me select a new table, chairs, umbrella and love seat. He willingly re-hung an umbrella onto a new stand for me while I waited and loaded my items into my car. I purchased a combination of clearance items and new items and the store was able to provide everything I needed. When my new items were a few days late arriving from the warehouse, Michael was attentive at notifying me when they did come into the store. I would not hesitate to recommended DOT on Weston to my friends and family.

I attended this location last weekend with my elderly mother who needed a patio set. We were greeted by Michael, the Store Manager, who was extremely helpful and courteous and he helped me pick out the perfect patio set for my elderly mother. He made suggestions and gave us a good price. Michael also helped us load everything into my truck. A great experience all around! Thank you Michael and staff for making our visit and experience such a pleasure.
