  We were working on building our pergola. We made several trips for that purpose. They employees were very helpful and went the extra step to help us load 30 cement bags using their forklift. When we bought (6) 2x6 posts two of their guys moved the posts we picked. They didn't even mind that we wanted ones from the third layer. Very appreciative of their help and customer service.

  We are renovating our home and have found this particular Lowe's absolutely fantastic. We have gone to other big box stores, but the staff here really go above and beyond. We purchased appliances from Isaac, he is amazing. Knowledgeable, informative about all brands and let us see reviews online regarding our appliances. We felt confident with our purchase and really appreciated his knowledge and no pressure sales. We will be back!

  I was looking to purchase a washing machine for my rental unit and dealt with a man named Issac, he was very informative, patient and answered every question I had re the delivery. Unfortunately, the building management informed me at the last moment that the service elevator was booked for a move in at the same time as my delivery.....so I ran into Lowe's, spoke to Issac, who was thankfully working at the time, and he quickly resolved the issue for me although it was a 50/50 chance as the washing machine was already loaded onto the truck... thank god for Issac who went beyond the call of duty and tried to do what he could to stop the delivery and lucky for me it worked out....

  I had called the store as I was standing in the home depot. I was looking for some cinder blocks. The gentleman on the phone was very polite let me know that they had plenty of stock what isle I could find it in. I told him I was looking for a skid I would need a hand with a forklift. He responded the most positive response I have ever heard. Sir or forklifts are warm and ready for you when you get here. I was so impressed by the service just over the phone I left the home depot where they had no clue what stock they had. When I got to the store I ask a representative at the front desk again for my blocks. She called over another gentleman to help me find and get what I needed. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and told me that I didn't have to lift a finger to pull out what I needed. After we got my material's he helped me load up my truck. I have never been so impressed by good customer service EVER! Last time I asked for help at a home depot I was told to do it myself. THANK YOU LOWES EMPLOYEES! I wish I could remember there names. To show that their service was top notch and much appreciated.
