(December 17, 2019, 1:03 pm)I wanted to share how amazing this urgent care center is. From the triage nurse right through to the young lady who took me to ultra sound- everyone was amazing. Dr A.D. Campbell saw me. He sat down and talked through why I was there. He was calm, patient , reassuring and very thorough.
The Urgent Care was extremely busy and was expecting to be rushed when my turn came but I did not feel rushed at all.
I understand that when we feel sick we feel like what we have is worst than everyone else but I think people need to be realistic about what to expect and the order in which people will get to see the doctors. We want the doctors to take good care of us and take their time when they are with us- so patience is required in order to let everyone do their job well.
Thank you for taking such good care of me on November 10th!

(December 12, 2018, 3:53 am)Pretty decent and curteous staff. Went for a WSIB speciality assessment floor 3. Urgent care. Seating is good. Waiting areas are clean and tidy. Ample of parking. (paid)
