(First time eating here)
Ordered 2× 2 pc combo. However the chicken was tasteless and the flesh of the chicken kept sticking to my teeth like glue/wax. So I brought it back and didn't ask for a refund, but asked if I could be given freshly fried chicken. The manager seemed nice and replaced the order and told me the chicken is usually prepared in the mornings and gave me out of a batch which she said was prepared 15 minutes prior.

Food was fresh and hot they were understaffed so food took a while which is fine it is a holiday after all.

The Filipino lady on the cash was very nice despite all the miserable customers props to her for keeping her cool I couldn't do it I literally watched three different customers all complain about different things that was out of her control.
