(September 8, 2019, 8:40 am)One of the largest and nicest F45 locations in the GTA. Every attention to detail was put in to this facility and it only keeps getting better. Some of the highlights of this location include, 2 private large showers , clean bathrooms, full sized F45 branded towels for your workout and post workout fruits, like apples or bananas to grab on your way out.
Coach Elle and her team of trainers are guaranteed to push you through your 45 minute workouts and you will walk out being a better version yourself each time. No matter what your fitness level is, come give this place a try.
