(January 27, 2019, 6:16 pm)Joining Body Busters Fitness has been one of the best decisions I've made this year. I'm only going on my fourth week and I can already see a difference in my , strength and stamina. Our instructors, Cara and Emily are both fantastic. They push us to do an hour of cardio and strength training every week but do not force any of us to do anything that is beyond our personal capabilities. We are always encouraged to modify if something doesn't feel right but are still pushed to keep moving and not to quit just because we feel tired. It is exactly what my body needs in order to stay in shape. Thank you Body Busters! You're the best!

(January 22, 2019, 2:14 am)I love body busters, the trainers are amazing and they will keep you motivated all the time, doesn't matter what is your physical condition they always keep you moving at your own pace while pushing for that little extra out of your comfort zone. They offer different locations with different times so you have plenty of options to avoid excuses ? I been with them for a year and I can't see myself going back to a gym.
