  I’ve tried a number of hot yoga studios in my year and a half of being obsessed with yoga, and I have to say that Red Tree has the most concise and clear style and form of teaching that it’s hard to give the other places a trying chance. The teaching styles and classes are super easy to follow whether you’re just starting out or have been practising for some time. The smoothness of the bamboo heated floor puts your body tolerably higher temperature and it’s all too easy to slip into slumber while waiting for the class to start. Each class is focussed on a different goal your body and mind is trying to achieve, donors best to try them all to find which one is best suited for your body type and capabilities.

  Very happy practicing yoga at Red Tree Hot Yoga. I discovered the studio by chance from a Groupon offer 4 years ago and I have been coming ever since. It is a bit of a drive for me to get to the studio but the classes are always rewarding so it is worth the trip. The Red Tree studio is bright and the teachers are knowledgeable sometimes giving you suggestions and offering specific suggestions about the poses. The tone of the classes can be serious and quiet or they can be fun and energetic with upbeat music depending on the type of class. There are different classes posted on their website and most recently Red Tree is offering warm Vinyasa flow classes which I am happy about because I enjoy this type of class as well.

  Cute, clean studio - but none of that really matters. I've been practicing Bikram for a number of years, but unwisely stopped for 2 1/2 years. Back at it in my new home here in Toronto, I stumbled across this fabulous studio. The thing that separates this studio from some others I've been to is that these teachers are truly invested in student success. The poses are held for the full counts, little corrections are given here and there to help you take your practice to the next level, and the room is hot enough but not over the top 40+. Well done, Red Tree! #clientforlife

  Had a private group session with approximately 17 people. The staff at Red Tree were amazing as it was the first time attempting hot yoga for many of us and the response was overwhelming. We will for sure be back and highly recommend giving it a try.
  The clean facility and service just added to the experience.
