  I absolutely love F45 New Toronto! I had such an amazing first class where I felt welcome and motivated! Not only are the instructors super friendly, so are all of the members. It really makes me look forward to going and I'm so happy I finally decided to try it out! I would definitely recommend - it is a challenge but it feels SO good and there is so much help and guidance along the way.

  F45 New Toronto, New You! Amazing gym!!! Best decision I ever made was becoming a member. The owners and trainers are very friendly, energetic and always pushing you to be your very best. The music, energy and atmosphere makes working out very addictive, and I love it. Your success/failure is their success/failure, and they refuse to fail ????????

  My experience with f45 New Toronto has been outstanding!
  The staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and motivating! The facilities are new and kept very clean.
  The workouts change to keep things interesting and will defiantly challenge you. This year I’ll be turning 50 and will be In the best shape I’ve been in for a LONG time.
  My first class they made me feel “apart of” and it’s kept me coming back.

  Really great facility. F45s are popping up all over the place, and while I can't speak to others really, the team here is amazing. Friendly and supportive, welcoming and helpful. They all seem to genuinely enjoy what they do, and know their stuff.
  
  The exercises bear a lot of similarities after a bit of time, but the variety in the structure of each class, and timing, make you feel like you're doing a different workout every time. You can accomplish a surprising amount in a short period of time, and nearly every exercise can be modified to challenge you, or accommodate your skill/fitness level.
  
  While it's not the cheapest way to workout, I have found it inarguably the most effective I've found. Highly recommend.

  I haven’t been a member at this location for very long, but I can safely say that it already feels like family. The owners are truly passionate about F45 and ensuring that you get results. The trainers are absolutely amazing as well - motivating, supportive, and always pushing you to do more than you think you can. The music is off the charts, and the facility is the biggest in a Canada, so plenty of space to get the best workout. I highly recommend this location for anyone that is interested, it’s definitely worth it!
