  I am absolutely in love with this place. I've been going now consistently for four months and I can't believe how much more confident I feel in my practice. These studios offer a lot of variety in their classes and their teachers have a lot of tenure and are able to challenge you in your practice. It truly feels like a community and going to these classes are the highlight of my week. I have been to a few other Yoga and Pilates Studios in South Etobicoke but none have been as warm, inviting and offered as much variety as this studio. Would highly recommend!!

  I'm fairly new to the studio, but I must say, ALIVE exceeds my expectations! The environment is very welcoming and they serve the yummiest tea. The owners are friendly and make you feel at home. The classes are excellent - lots of options with awesome instructors. I would highly recommend ALIVE! :)

  One of the best yoga studios I’ve ever been to. This place is very calm and peaceful. Cool ambience, great facilities, clean and spacious bathrooms, wide variety of equipment, friendly staff and amazing instructors. Highly recommended!

  First & foremost this is a peaceful & calm yoga studio. The owners & staff are warm & friendly. The space & change room/bathroom is clean. And They provide a yoga matt & hair elastics to get ready for a free yoga class. Walk-ins are welcome. The hot yoga & Hatha classes are great. The teachers are well trained & know how to connect with the students. I absolutely recommend trying out the 2 weeks membership.

  This place is the best! (As per the 5 stars!) The instructors and owners are so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating and there are plenty of classes to take part in. As the Mother of an 8-month old, I particularly like the Yoga with Baby classes. With two locations to choose from, the studio is very accessible for those in Etobicoke. The Humber Bay studio is clean, bright and fresh. For those driving, free parking is always available in the building’s parking garage. I will definitely be checking out the newer Long Branch location in the future. Keep up the good work. 10/10 will continue to practice here!
