From the onset she was able to get our house to market very quickly and through her extensive marketing approach we received numerous showings from day 1. Additionally, we are very pleased with the end result which occurred within 10 days of going live. We met with a couple of realtors before Sharlene, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on with a very calm demeanor which really helped to take the pressure off of us.
We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, she walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Sharlene for that every day!
