Each time we reached out to Kayla, she gave us information based on the market, answered all our questions and never pushed us to make a decision. When we finally pulled the trigger, the family was spread out across Canada, making it a huge logistical nightmare, until we brought in Kayla, and she expertly handled everything with ease. She went above and beyond, making sure we were completely comfortable with each decision, taking into account the huge emotional attachments to the home (all our children came home to that house!) and helping us prepare our home for sale.
Kayla was the sole reason we were able to get an "over asking" price on our home, with outstanding negotiating skills and attention to the smallest details. She walked us through every step, from preparing our home, the sale and moving day.
I can't imagine having anyone else by our side for such a huge moment in our lives.
