He allowed me to browse the inventory, he answered questions with ease and was not pushy. Becky the finance manager was able to get me approved quickly, and gave many options to suite my specific lifestyle. Rocky was straight to the point and got the vehicle ready for me as soon as possible, and even delivered it to my house. Overall it was a great experience, and I’m very glad I decided to purchase my vehicle at the Thunder Bay ICar.

They took time to answer all my questions, ensure that I knew my options, and explained everything to me as this is my first time buying a vehicle. They were not pushy or rushy at all. The staff were super kind and even went out of their way to work around my busy schedule (Picking me up at school, driving me home, etc,.) I love my new SUV and definitely recommend iCar for those looking for a good used vehicle! I must add, Gene is awesome!
