The vehicle we purchased is wonderful and exceeding our expectations.

I would give it more stars if each team (sales/finance/service/parts) had communication skills between each other and especially to the customer. If Ontario had the 30-day return policy on new vehicles, I would have returned it based on our experience and the lack communication and mistakes made as a result. I left feeling like we were being taken advantage of.

TLDR: great vehicle, poor communication.

My husband & I bought our first new car back in 2001 Kia (Rio) . We recently just bought our fifth new car a 2020 Kia (Sportage). Over the years the team has been been outstanding in every way! Extraordinary service & reliability is what keeps us coming back! We've also enjoyed a Sedona, Sportage, & Sorento in between. I guess you can tell which our favourite is since we've bought it twice!
