    I used Gerard as my broker for a construction mortgage. Gerard was very knowledgeable and helpful during my mortgage process. He made the process much less stressful and he took the time to explain everything. As a first time home owner I am very pleased with the service he provided, he made the process much less stressful and was always willing to answer my questions at anytime.

    We were moving into the Georgian Bay Area and needed a mortgage for a fast close.. Mr.Buckley went out of his way to assist us as we were looking for a non-conventional mortgage and while we got lucky finding a bank that did work with leased land, his efforts saved us over $2000 in legal fees as well as providing reassurance that our deal would go through. All this effort and professionalism, without any expectation of a reward is seldom seen in this business and industry.

    I have no hesitation in recommending the professionalism and caring service provided by Mr. Buckley.

    Joe. E. Lewis, an American comedian, once said: “ You only live once, but if you work it right, once is enough.” Gerard Buckley worked it right for me. Intelligent, professional and honest, he put aside any personal financial gains and focussed on what was the best, cost-saving solution for my personal complicated situation. Detail-oriented, he answered all my questions with sound straightforward advice, always in a timely fashion. Throughout the process I felt I was dealing with a true trustworthy advocate. Without hesitation, I would recommend him to everyone.
