The crew from Mintcon prepped and cleaned up with respect for my home and my allergies and were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Scott, Mo and Mike for transforming my home and adding beauty and value!!! I just can't believe it's the same house! Amazing!!

(July 8, 2020, 1:18 pm)I was extremely pleased with Mintcon’s recent renovation of my basement. I provided some inspiration photos and the end result was very consistent with my expectations. My vision included a feature wall with linear fireplace and mantel, shelves on both sides of the fireplace, and a dog niche under the stairs. In addition, a 2 piece bathroom was constructed. Scott and his team were professional and took good care to minimize dust and debris by using dust extractors on their power tools. Scott communicated continually throughout the process to keep me informed of their timing, supply chain challenges and any issues that arose. I would definitely recommend Mint-con and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Scott ensured we were always well informed at every stage of the process and that we were pleased with how things were progressing. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and at the end of each day everything was cleaned and ready for the next day of work.
We definitely recommend the Mintcon team to anyone looking to have quality work and renovations done in their homes. -

Not necessarily the lowest cost but the quality of workmanship provided value. I would recommend Mintcon to anyone looking to start a remodeling project.
