(September 24, 2020, 3:22 pm)On my way to Blue mountain, I found the BSO driving around the area. I was quite excited as I frequent the location at Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto.
I walked in there and met the manager Laurie, she was amazing. Friendly and pleasant! She answered my questions on my curly hair and recommended some products I haven't tried yet. We went on to discuss colours as I wanted to buy colour to do my own roots. However, I changed my colour since my last purchase. She went on to match me and share what may or may not happen. She didn't sugar coat her answers to my questions. What I loved was the honesty that she showed.
I thought Laurie owned the store, she showed her genuine interest in her customers. I was floored when she acknowledged new customers walking in by name.....That kind of service doesn't happen everywhere! Great job to the ladies in this store. I will definitely be back not only for the service, but the deals as well :)
