These guys are the best. We have an old jaccuzzi hot tub and needed a mechanical thermostat. We went to another hot tub store in Collingwood and they told us it would cost a thousand dollars for the part. Like a doctor I thought what about a second opinion. Thats when we met these wonderful guys from arctic spas.
They knew right away what we needed and it was 100.00 and it came in within a week and they even explained how to put it in. Great job it works wonderful. We will be customers for life. If you want a no BS experience these are the guys thanks a million will tell everyone

Recently had our hot tub moved by 'Collingwood Artic Spa. Went off with out a hitch. Called for some help with the spa boy and had it all set up in a day. Thanks Kari!

Recently moved and with our new home came a Coyote branded hot tub. As a new hot tub user the staff was knowledgeable and helpful with my needs.
