I’ve lived here now for 2.5 years, never once have I had any sort of bug issues in my unit, bed bugs or roaches especially. The building is well maintained with owners who care enough to fix issues in a timely manner. Not once have I had a single issue living in this building!
Management does it work, building is old but they maintain it
