  Richard and I were partners in real estate before he relocated to Barrie with his family. Rich & Lindsay were so excited to be a part of the Barrie community. Barrie's gain was definitely my loss. We worked with hundreds of clients together and were very successful. Since their move years ago I have referred many people to them and 100% of the people I have referred have been very happy.   Our experience with Richard Fournier was amazing. He was very helping, always willing to meet us at any location, very informative, very pleasant. He educated us on a lot of important information regarding house buy, and it was very important and helpful information. He is extremely friendly and very flexible and goes out of his way to help his clients. I am glad to say that we have finally met the perfect Real State Agent and from here on me and my family will seek only his assistance whenever we need something related to buying or selling of our homes.
