Jim is so wonderful, he's ruined all other real estate agents for us! We worked with Jim in 2018 on finding our perfect "Century" home, not an easy feat as they sold fast in last year's market and they all come with their own quirks. Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with: always patient and accommodating, and always treated each potential home as if he was buying it himself so that we wouldn't overpay or overlook any potential concerns. We are not first time buyers, but Jim made the process so easy and effortless that we certainly could have been. He walked us through each step, showed us only what we wanted to see, and even got us a heads up on the house we ended up buying before it hit the market. To say that we will never use another real estate agent is not an understatement. If you are looking for someone to really partner with you to find your home, Jim is the guy.
