(March 5, 2021, 4:19 pm)Took my dog there last night after he was quite lethargic/not eating much, and they got him in quickly. It was about 1.5 hours from start to finish which I was happy about. I thought it could take hours and hours. They ran some on-site tests and gave us a pretty thorough explanation, and discussed all costs before proceeding. A bit expensive but it is also an emergency vet service so that is to be expected. They were fast, helpful and knowledgable.

(February 18, 2021, 4:39 pm)We have been going to O'Sullivan for close to 10 years. We couldn't be happier with Dr. Anne Watson's exceptional care of our dog who has hip dysplasia. Throughout his diagnosis and treatment, Dr. Watson has provided us with excellent information and given us with many options for his treatment plan and pain relief. She is an amazing vet who has been kind to our whole family and her efforts have made such a dramatic change for our dog's comfort and quality of life. Our 12 year old Golden who passed a year ago was cared for by O'Sullivan Animal Hospital for most of his life. He received quality care and was always greeted warmly by the staff there. His cancer diagnosis, palliative and end of life care was outstanding. We were given all options and informed of all possible costs and outcomes when it came time to make difficult decisions. Whenever we were concerned he was not comfortable, the staff promptly responded and addressed our concerns. We could not have asked for a better passing for our beloved Golden. The staff were exceptionally compassionate and we had a lot of comfort that he died the most comfortable, peaceful and loving environment possible.
