(November 18, 2021, 11:56 pm)I was in a while back. I recently discovered that I like eating fish, so I asked Curtis about filleting salmon. The guy pulled out a salmon and showed me how like the true master he is. His hands are so precise and smooth with a blade. It was a beautiful thing to watch. I was so mesmerized watching him cut that fish that for a split second, I wanted to be that fish that he was filleting.
I brought it home and cooked it with Curtis' recipe and it was to die for. This man deserves a pizza, unconditional praise, and a YouTube masterclass.
