For a first-time homebuyer like myself, his insights regarding market value, state of repair, and suggestions as to how certain things can be remedied were invaluable. Even though the timing of my search for a home happened to coincide with his trips out of town, Guy always ensured that I was able to get into the properties I desired - whether by arranging for his colleagues to accompany me, or by meeting with me immediately upon his return.
Guy ultimately found me a very nice property at a fantastic price. You can't argue with results! -

I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or buy. He had honest reviews regarding houses we saw and left nothing in the dark. The process was smooth and we felt we could ask him anything about the steps we needed to take, as this was our first home we bought.
Even until the final day of closing, he made sure the house was in good condition before the keys were handed over. I can’t stress enough that Guy is an outstanding Real Estate Agent with whom I would recommend to anyone. -
