The sales team were very knowledgeable with regards to details of the products. They patiently answered all of our questions and in the end provided a great price.
The installers were outstanding! Pride of workmanship was obvious. They were also very friendly, professional and punctual. My standard for customer service is very high and they definitely met it. Thanks very much Giant Carpet team! -

(August 24, 2019, 7:00 pm)My wife and I just had a complete flooring removal and installation. April was excellent in helping us with our flooring choices and coordinating the entire project. Ron and his team were very efficient, responsible and performed a high quality installation of the laminate flooring. Zak and his team were equally as good with carpeting our stairs.
The entire job only took three days and they took care of moving all of our furniture for a small fee.
We were impressed with the high quality workmanship and fair price.
This is our third time using Giant Carpet and we have been fully satisfied each time.
