Candice seems to know exactly what my body and mind needs. Whether it is incorporating meditation, fascial stretching, hot stones or cupping into my massage, I always leave feeling calm, centred and physically refreshed. -

(June 21, 2019, 4:50 pm)The space is beautiful and give you a sense of peace and relaxation as soon as you enter. I have done her meditations via live stream and they were effective and calming. You must go see her items for sale as well. Great place for wellness.

(June 20, 2019, 4:33 pm)I have gone to Candice for massage and I've also attended one of her classes! Both services were amazing.
The way that Candice makes you feel while you're there, makes you not want to leave.
After each massage I am left feeling, peaceful, relaxed and healthier! Her technique is no joke.
The class was something new for me but I loved it! I am hoping to get back there for more over the Summer.
