I have had the pleasure of working with Megs & Tessa at the Barrie Studio and they were fantastic, high energy and great direction. I do work out at the Elmvale studio with Amanda and Susan as my coaches, they are great at pushing my limits and encouraging the class. Equipment is always available for people who dont have their own. Everyone has been so welcoming and great to be around. Keep up the great work ladies!
