It was very interactive and we had so much fun and so many laughs! There was positive feedback from everyone at the bachelorette - it was the highlight of the day! I would highly recommend this service and body language studios!

(September 2, 2019, 1:10 am)Took the Intro to Pole Fitness class with a friend. We had so much fun and Heather (instructor) was very welcoming and passionate about the class. The studio is clean and comfortable. Class size was small, which was wonderful. Will definitely be back for more!

(August 30, 2019, 4:26 pm)I tried the intro to pole fitness class and had a blast! Heather has created a fun, safe, non-judgmental and welcoming atmosphere. It was a very encouraging and supportive environment to try a new way to exercise. I went on my own which was great; I think it would be even more fun to do with my girlfriends next time. Highly recommend!

(May 11, 2019, 12:52 pm)I’ve been going to Body Language since April learning aerial hoop/Lyra and love it. Heather is a great teacher who breaks down the moves very well and is always close to spot you so you feel safe. Her studio is absolutely beautiful and intimate with three hoops and four poles. Although I was learning hoop I couldn’t help but take the opportunity to play on her poles. If you are in Barrie and new to hoop/pole, I definitely recommend you check out Body Language. Heather is very welcoming and her prices are reasonable.
