(October 4, 2018, 8:58 pm)More of a wilderness area than a park. It's a non-operating park I hiked through on the Heaven's Gate trail. The fort itself isn't much of a fort - more like a modern building I believe is used by youth groups. At least it has been refurbished recently. The bridge over the creek there is technically closed with a bunch of 2x4s, but the bridge itself is very sturdy. There another way across at La Cloche lake north of there, there's a rock dam that can be crossed.
