(September 10, 2020, 5:38 pm)Clean location with friendly staff and great fitness instructors. I've been back to this location since reopenings, and Pei's body pump class has been fantastic! Lots of energy and motivation to help get back into shape. Goodlife, please (safely) bring back other group classes, especially body attack! We miss it!!

(February 27, 2020, 4:52 am)I have just started going to this GoodLife at the Stouffville Main and Mostar location after following my favourite instructor, Pei! She's such a great instructor! She's very motivating and encourages me to work out more. She encouraged me to take her PEAK classes which has significantly changed my workout routine for the better. I definitely feel stronger and healthier after meeting her. I highly recommend taking any of her classes - you will definitely have a great time and amazing workout!

If you work, your company may have GoodLife corporate membership. Check with your h r, or ask them to add that to your corporate benefits/ health spending account. For a full year up front corporate member, I pay about 400+ tax, I can go any GoodLife across Canada. Also I heard it is affiliate with 24 hour fitness in USA.
