  Crossfit Crux is an amazing facility for fitness. From the moment i walked in I noticed it was unlike any other "gym" . No mirrors, no weird machines, just a friendly and knowledgeable group of coaches, owners and members; who are always willing to help, share a laugh, motivate us, and who know how to help you get the most out of your hour there. I have been a member for over 5 years, and am always impressed by the ever changing programming and the commitment shown to long term health and fitness from the owners and coaches. Both of my kids have come as well- their youth programs are awesome!

  I was intimidated to try Crossfit - I thought it would be 'too intense' or 'too hard' for me. But I jumped in, and it has been the best decision of my life. After almost 6 years, I'm fitter and stronger than I have ever been. The coaches are great and are so knowledgable - and they have taught me so much - from fitness to food. Highly recommend them - Get out of your comfort zone and give it a try. You'll find a new family at Crux.

  I've been a member here for over a year now. The gym have great coaches and welcoming environment for all levels. Highly recommended.

  I remember being terrified to try crossfit. When I started at Crux two years ago that fear was immediately gone. The coaches are so knowledgeable and always so supportive when you are trying new movements or going for a new PR! And the community at crux is like family. If you are thinking about trying crossfit head on over to Crux, you will be so happy you did!

  I started at Crux after moving back from Australia! The team and community were so supportive and encouraging. I love the opportunity to be able to push myself in ways I never thought I could! I have always been fit however I never knew how strong I could be until I started at Crux. The coaches are so supportive, easy to talk to, and can help with modifications if you can't perform moves! Starting crossfit at Crux is one of the best choices you can make for you fitness and you always know you have a friend there! It's like Cheers' but instead of drinking we do fitness......well sometimes we do drinking.......and sometimes we do both......but mostly just good hardcore fitness!!
