(October 19, 2018, 6:44 pm)Great trail! Love that it l8nks up with a sand dune area. When i went the milk weed was seeding and these danty white tufts were dancing in the wind. Some interesting finds too. Found an old run down dune buggy, random sand circle and plenty of room for dogs to run!

(September 16, 2018, 11:48 am)Great York Regional Forest Tract! I take my dogs for walks there and rent a FatBike and snow shoes from a company near by called Twilight Forest that delivers them for free and picks them up to and from the Dainty Tract parking lot just across the road which is where you park when you visit Clarke Tract.
I love the different sections of the forest from evergreens to perennials. I have seen red foxes, lots of squirrels and chipmonks, birds and even some owls at dusk or dawn.
There are some sandy sections so FatBikes definitely are a great option for the tract as in any other tracts of the regional forests that are located within the Oak Ridges moraine!
