(September 16, 2018, 1:41 pm)Bough a Beam central vac from here a few years ago. Good product and great customer service. Took the hose in once because it started working intermittently. The gentleman (Mike, I think) took it in, assessed it quickly, replaced a part and all was back to normal. Great knowledgeable staff.
(April 27, 2018, 4:27 pm)Great experience with company. Had a problem with the Central Vac a few months after purchasing it new from Mike at Vaughan Vacuum. I called him and he sent his technician Frank out the next day.
Frank fixed it in 5 minutes and was on his way. Unbelievable service from Frank and the best part.....No Charge. Thanks guys
