Came in last week just to take a look phones but ended up getting a Iphone 11. I was helped out by Lendle at the Rogers store he was amazing he helped me out the whole entire process. Answered all my questions that I had about my new phone, he transferred everything from my old phone to the new one and made my experience at Rogers great im glad that I switched over. Plus everyone at the store made me feel welcomed, I would recommend this location to anyone

Was welcomed by both Nin & Kathyrn in store today. Both were very knowledgeable and courteous with supporting me with the issue I was having with my S10+. I have to say upgrading my phone at this location was a breeze! The sales rep knew her stuff about Apple phone’s! She convinced me to get the 11 pro and I’m so happy with it! She got me all set up with transferring all my data, and she even helped with my Apple Watch! Kathryn was a pleasure to work with! I’ll be sending all my friends and family to her directly for top notch customer service!
