  Outstanding dim sum. Went Sunday early morning and there was still a line to get in the door. Not too long of a wait as they were just seating people in. Food quality always impeccable. No weekend specials before 11am. Only on weekdays. Service was attentive and quick. Full house with long wait after 10:30am on the weekend so get here early.

  This place just opened up about couple of months ago. The food is excellent and the decor is very modern. I am also amazed at their service for a typical Chinese restaurant. I ordered some Jasmine Tea but it was not delivered even when the food has arrived. The manager apologized and gave me a VIP discount on my food order. The dimsum was amazing with wide variety of choices. I highly recommend this restaurant.

  One of the best dim sum experiences I've ever had! The ambience of this restaurant is beautiful! And although it's very roomy and spatious inside, this place is always jam packed! Parking fills up quickly in the morning and the line up forms fast at this restaurant. Be prepared to wait roughly 30 minutes for a table. Be sure to visit Mon-Fri before 11am to get the special lower prices. The food is high class and delicious! The service is fast and accurate. You can even host weddings here with many levels of reception cuisine. Highly recommend this place!

  It was a freezing morning. Temperature -10 C felt like -20 C. I left home at 8:30 a.m. arriving THE ONE FUSION CUISINE at 8:45 a.m. When the restaurant opened at 9:00 a.m. there were already more than 10 people waiting outside the restaurant entrance. It was a big contrast to last week when there were around 50 people awaiting in the lobby as all tables were fully seated.
  
  Julie and I got a table for 5 persons. As we sat down we phoned our daughter to come joining us at any time with her family. Before long, they came. We ordered our favorite dim sum.
  
  We were impressed with the new decorations. The ceiling was unique like no other restaurant. The wall pictures matched with the floor design, Layout of the tables and chairs were perfect leaving plenty of spaces for customers and waitresses moving freely in and out of the dining areas. the water tanks for keeping live fishes, lobsters, and crabs were just like aquarium. The restrooms were so impressive and classy, Most important of all the dim sum were deliciously hot and professionally presented to the tables. We would say the restaurant is one of the best i ever enjoy. Simply like it..
