    It has been a great experience! Troy and Francesca have done a phenomenal job and a big thank you! I may be crazy but I noticed a difference after only one session off/on ice with these guys. Huge difference with my son’s games. Looking forward to more sessions!!

    My son had his first on/off ice session with Troy/Francesca last night. I was really impressed with how they both were with my son. He was a little nervous about it at first but they welcomed him into the program and made him feel comfortable right away. The car ride home is always the best time to get feedback. When asked how was the practice? He responds with “Best Practice ever!”. “This practice was awesome; I could do it every day!”. This was our first session, but I have no doubt that the improvement will be there. Hard work doesn’t seem hard when you’re having fun (and he was smiling the entire time)! Thanks Troy/Francesca for making this such an enjoyable experience!

    Coach Troy and Francesca have done a great job in helping my child develop his hockey skills. Troy's unique training program has allowed my child to significantly improve his edge work and stickhandling skills within a short period of time. Highly recommended!

    This was an excellent hockey experience! Troy and Francesca are top-notch professionals. The on-ice and off-ice training are very well planned and executed. The training was challenging and educational component was very informative. I would recommend this for all levels of Hockey. Well done TAOH!!!

    Troy and Francesca are two incredible people who are determined to deliver results! They both work with my 8 year old son and have helped him improve his strength, agility speed, and all aspects of his hockey game. They have developed a trust with us and our son as they deliver on a complete program. You could not find a better fit they are true professionals that are a pleasure to work with. It takes one session to understand you’ve made the right choice!
