  The instruction from Nicole has been excellent. I've thoroughly enjoyed the classes and I've been recommending friends and family to come here.
  
  I had a previous concern with one of the studio's policies; the issue has since been resolved very professionally by management.

  Had a great experience taking the restorative yoga and Thai massage workshop. It was very relaxing and I always enjoy Thai massage.
  Sadly do not live in the area, or I would attend more classes there. I like the space and the vibe of the others participants in the workshop. Very easy place to talk with others.

  I have been coming here for over a year and love it. The instructors are very good/hands-on and provide great progression. The studio and changerooms are very clean and a variety of classes are a bonus.
  
  Those who are complaining that there is a 5 minute late policy - you clearly have not been to any yoga studio anywhere in the GTA.
  
  You are interrupting the class, it's rude and most places even ask for you to come 15 minutes before the class......for the obvious reason of preparing yourself to practice.

  The yoga can be rewarding at times but the 5 minute late policy is unacceptable.
