  Reliability and integrity. I trust Mister Transmission with maintaining my company's fleet, and it's nice to get straight forward and honest answers. A lot must be done to a fleet vehicle to meet the Ministry standards and Mister Transmission has worked hard to be thorough in their inspections and maintenance.
  I have mechanical experience and work directly with several mechanics in other cities and we all have no doubt that sending our trucks to Mister Transmission has been a smart decision to relive our mechanics to work on other equipment (manlifts, etc), but it has worked out economically as the trucks are returned to us in a timely manner. Unfortunately, not everything can be fixed in a day, sometimes it takes a few days (to get parts, etc) but when we get them back, we KNOW it's fixed.
  Thank you to the staff and management of Mister Transmission. You have our business for a reason... you earned it.

  I would just like to thank Stafford and Ron for the fantastic Customer Service and honesty. I knew the job wasn’t going to be cheap but I also know I was given a great price. They called me before moving ahead and letting me know prices. They honesty given to me instead of taking advantage of a customer who had no choice but to have the work done, was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend Mr Transmission Newmarket to anyone I met or know. Though I don’t wish anyone having car troubles ???? but I would definitely recommend this location 110%! The second reason I contacted them (aside from the obvious) was because of the great reviews they had!

  My car broke down on my way home from work and immediately I took it to Ford. They took almost 36hrs and several phone calls to finally tell me what was wrong with my car and quoted me a fairly high price to repair my transmission. I then decided to call Mr. Transmission, verbally told them over the phone my problem. I spoke to Stafford who was very knowledgeable and patient with me explaining to me what needed to be done. He immediately told me Mr. T could save me money and offered to go get my car at Ford. Stafford was in constant contact with me keeping me informed on the status of my car or of any issues that came up once they started working on it. For the amount of money this repair cost me, I feel very satisfied with the service I received and feel confident I shouldn't have any issues, I do a lot of driving so a safe, working vehicle is important to me . I would highly recommend Mr. T in Newmarket to friends or family. Thank you Stafford

  I spoke with a man named Stafford on the phone who told me to come by anytime and they would look at my car for me. I mentioned I had very little money and he said not to worry they would help me. Stafford was very professional and easy to talk to. He gave me several options to fix my car.
  I gave them my car and was told it would be a few days and sure enough the repairs were completed right on time! I called many times for updates and each time I called I was greeted happily and given an update! Stafford and his team went above and beyond to help me and I couldn't give a stronger recommendation for the services this shop provides! Service was beyond reproach!
  I strongly recommend this shop and it's technicians for anything relating to transmission repair and diagnosis. They saved me alot of trouble and money!

  These guys did a great job rebuilding my transmission because it works great. They were recommended by my mechanic because he doesn't do transmissions and he thought that the price they gave me was a good deal too. So I wanted to say thanks to all the guys at Mister Transmission for the good work and for doing it so fast for me, I know you were really busy. I am going to recommend you.
