I had some insurance work done after an accident last year. i was so impressed by Seb, Mike and Justin that when i needed some light work on another car i took it to them. They were professional, thorough and very fair, even pointing out what I didn't need. The guys treated me great and delivered a great job on time. I have had bad experiences at other places, but will use Upper Canada Collision on any other bodywork i need done. This is the type of small business we should support. Thanks again, guys.

I was in a minor accident, and needed a tow to a body shop for repairs. The tow truck driver recommended bringing my car to this place. He said it had great reviews and suggested I check them out online and decide for myself. I was a bit frazzled after the accident and I didn’t know what to do, so I just went with his recommendation. I was a bit nervous when I dropped my car off because it wasn’t an approved place through my insurance. HOWEVER, they were great and it all worked out fantastic. They were very kind and reassuring, giving me the time and space I needed to process what had happened. One of the guys there helped me take my kids’ car seats out of my car and install them in the rental. They kept me up-to-date on timeline for getting my car back, and they did a great job with the repairs. Not only that, they returned my car sparkling clean, inside and out!! It felt like a new vehicle when I got it back. In the end, the total repair cost came a bit above the estimate, but they settled that through my insurance. I’d go back there if I needed more body work on my vehicle in the future.

Amazing experience, was in an accident near the location and they showed up and helped out! Great rental car and done in 2 days. They even details the entire inside and outside of my car( INCLUDING rim & tire treatments)! 10/10 would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon to get more touch ups done

My wife got rear ended. I brought the van into upper Canada collision center. They were fantastic. Van looks brand new great staff and mechanics here. 100% would recommend to all my friends and family. Great job guys. ?

I hit a lady’s car in a parking lot and left her a note. We spoke on the phone and she made arrangements to get her car fixed at Upper Canada Collision. She texted me the invoice and I called Kate there and gave her my credit card info. Long story short they sent me a substantial refund as the repair was not as costly as first thought. These people had never met me personally and I have never met the lady whose vehicle I hit personally. There was no way I would have known about the lesser cost except Kate from Upper Canada sent me a refund.! It is really refreshing to know this kind of integrity still exists in business. I understand the lady whose vehicle I hit is more that satisfied with the work done. If I ever need a body shop personally this is where I am going.
