All staff especially Jo, Irene and Jenny are true stars ... my nephews were visiting from London, England, they’re 12, 13yrs and play Squash at Tournament National level back home and were both etching to play while they were here in Markham but sadly we couldn’t find a court without membership!! These lovely people made it happen for them and offered a great opportunity to play and enjoy their facility complimentary!! It also gave my family a chance to visit the elite club and now we have decided to become members! Thank you all for your lovely gesture and we look forward to seeing you again soon ????

(June 28, 2019, 1:47 pm)Great gym with many nice equipment and view. The physiotherapy clinic Form & Function is awesome, and Tony the physiotherapist referred me here . That is the main reason I started at this gym, now my family comes here as well.

(June 9, 2019, 11:57 pm)Great gym! I've been a member for 9 months now, it is always incredibly clean. I avoid going from 5pm onwards, but in all the other hours I have been there, there is never an issue having access to a machine. Staff are polite and the additional facilities (Showers, steam room, sauna, towel service) are definitely a plus for me!

Lindsay/Lindsey (?) —sorry if I got your name wrong— was very knowledgeable and helped us get started towards achieving our fitness goals. Joseph, from membership services was also very hospitable! Thank you UAC.
