(June 12, 2019, 2:44 pm)Love attending Modo classes. I attend both Birchmount location and HWY7 location with my colleagues, friends and my mom. We may walk in feeling tired and restless but always walk out in better moods, feeling good for the rest of the day/week. Everyone is always friendly, instructors are amazing and a good variety of different classes available.

Anytime I've been tired or feeling down or anxious, hot yoga has really calmed my mind and body. Different types of classes - some are challenging, but effective. Great sweat!

(May 24, 2019, 3:34 pm)Modo Yoga has two convenient studio locations with flexible schedule. The staff and instructors are very nice and friendly. I started yoga because of a knee injury and they always made me feel comfortable and helped with adjustments and pose modifications. Highly recommend!

(April 24, 2019, 2:59 pm)The best yoga studio I’ve been too. It is a very clean and beautiful studio. Everything was well organized and there’s basically everything you need for the classes. Aside from that, if you want to purchase your own mat, clothing, water bottle, socks etc they offer a little shop. All the instructors and staff are super friendly and willing to help you if you need. Love the studio.

(April 21, 2019, 9:06 pm)The staff here is very helpful and friendly. There’s a good variety of classes available at different times of the day that fits with my schedule and varying energy levels. Also very affordable and conveniently located. Can’t recommend it enough!
