A true multidisciplinary family health team with other HC professionals on staff like an OT, Nurse Practitioners, Dieticians, Diabetes educators, Chiropodists, Clinical Pharmacist. There is also a focus on prevention and chronic conditions management which should hopefully reduce the reliance on medication. We've been patients for over a decade and while we now live in Toronto, we continue to come here for our family health care needs.
Comfortable waiting area. The online appointment booking system is convenient as well as emailed requisitions. Free parking right outside the entrance or behind the plaza. -
